Moved into the new house and did some remodeling. The upstairs bathroom had some issues and we ended up a misaligned pipe under the bathrub set up leak water out into the bahtroom and hallway, a bit of a flood. Called out to these guys and they came out to Anaheim. Overall pretty food restoration company, friendly guys and nice truck with all of their items, ready to go. We had cleaned up most of the water but they extracted the rest of the water as wee, helped mitigate more water loss and thankfully prevent mold, specially in a new bathroom with all the money we spent.
These guys are a good water damage company, since they picked up my call and responded fast. We have upgraded a portion of our property and a shower area was clearly not properly fixed up by the contractor. The water had leaked through pipes and soaked part of the new drywalls and the contractor was not avaiable to fix the job, they said we need to first bring out a water mitigation guy to fix it, and we did that. These guys fixed the water leak and soaked boards by removing them and a separate pluber fixed the leak. Now on to the contractor to redo this whole thing!
One of our properties out in Costa Mesa had a garage leak. We needed a water extraction team to remove the excess water and check the wood. The garage was full of items so by the time these guys showed up, they ended up helping us moea few items out which is great, thanks for that. Water was removed fast and the bottom parts of the wood, which I am not sure what the name is was checked and cleaned. Some leakage out into the side yard as well which was checked. I would recomend their water restoration services. In and out and we are good.
Never had I used a service like these guys before in Newport Beach. Once I noticed that the kitchen sink had been leaking underneath the counter (blame me being out of state and anyone else not knowing better) and I checked underneath to not only notice water but a funky funky smell, I knew I had to call someone. Regardless after talking to their team during the weekend, 2 of their guys came our, one acting as a project manager, the other handling everything else. They fixed the original leak and cleaned up the water and what had amounted to early stage mold. They are actually (happy to have heard it) mold expert and remediation guys. They also explained mold mitigation to me, how to prevent this in the future and made sure the early stage mold had not spread, which was great.
